One story
Bageri Tre
From a chalkboard menu to a queue that moves
Brief
A line out the door, every morning
Bageri Tre sold out by ten and spent the early hours answering the phone about what was left. They needed a menu people could trust and a way to reserve bread.
Work
One page, one rule
We rebuilt the menu as a single page that updates from a spreadsheet, added a pre-order that closes at 22:00, and redrew the sign so you can read it from the tram.
Result
Calls halved, bread sold
Phone calls dropped by half in the first month, and the shelves now empty at one instead of ten. The chalkboard is a decoration, as it should be.
